We want you to be fully satisfied with your Epitaph Records gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed.
